I am a registered private Clinical Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 20 years experience in the field of mental health in the UK, Republic of Ireland and USA. Having practiced for the past 11 years in Newry, I specialise in the treatment of anxiety, depression, complex trauma, abusive relationships, complicated grief and loss and adolescent anxieties using EMDR trauma psychotherapy, psychoanalytical psychotherapy and CBT.
